Accounts and Acceptable Use

Businesses may only upload contacts of their own customers who provided their number in the course of service. No purchased lists, no cold outreach. Businesses are responsible for having proper consent.

Messaging Compliance

All messages include opt-out language and JobRave enforces STOP requests.

Billing

Subscription plans billed via Stripe. 14-day free trial with card required. Monthly plans cancel anytime, effective end of period. Annual plans refundable within 30 days, then non-refundable for the paid term. Auto-renewal until canceled.

Prohibited Uses

Unlawful content. Harassment. Spam.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." JobRave's total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
