JobRave Privacy Policy
JobRave ("we"), operated by JOB RAVE LLC, provides software that local service businesses use to send review requests to their own customers.
Information We Process
Business account info (name, email, payment via Stripe). Customer contact info (first name, phone, email) entered by businesses solely to deliver review requests. Message and click activity.
How We Use It
Solely to operate the service — sending review requests and reminders on behalf of the business, routing feedback, and showing businesses their results.
How review-request consent works
Before sending any review request, the business must have the customer's consent. Verbal consent: the business asks, “Can I text you a quick link to leave us a review?” and only sends after the customer says yes. Written consent: businesses may print a checkbox on their invoices, quotes, or work orders — e.g., “☐ Yes — you may text me a quick review link at the number on file.” — and only send to customers who checked it. JobRave records who attested to consent and when on every request, and our servers block every send — the initial request, any resend, and every automated reminder — unless a recorded attestation is present. A customer who has opted out (by replying STOP or using an unsubscribe link) can never be reached again, even if re-added.
SMS Disclosures
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies (typically 1 request and up to 2 reminders per completed job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP or email support@jobrave.ai for help.
Opt-Out
STOP requests are honored automatically and permanently across the platform.
Data Sharing
We use service providers (e.g., Twilio for messaging, Stripe for payments) only to operate the service; we do not sell personal information.
Retention
Customer contact data is retained while the business account is active and deleted upon verified request.
