About this program
JobRave is a platform local service businesses use to send Google review requests to their own customers. Consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Below is the complete opt-in experience for both supported methods.
Method 1 — Verbal opt-in
At job completion, the business asks the customer: “Can I text you a quick link to leave us a review?”
Only if the customer expressly agrees, the business enters the customer's first name and mobile number into JobRave.
Before any message can be sent, the platform requires the business to confirm this attestation.
Attestation screen (actual UI)
The checkbox is unchecked by default and the Send button is disabled until the attestation is confirmed. Sending is then blocked again on our servers: no message — initial request, resend, or reminder — is ever dispatched unless a recorded attestation is present, and opted-out customers can never be reached again. Each attestation is recorded with a timestamp and the attesting user.

- Opting out never affects any service or transaction.
- Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the requested review message for the specific business the customer used and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
